This page explains how to request deletion of your CloudPano Virtual Tour Creator account and associated data.
How to request deletion
1. Email support@cloudpano.com from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
3. Our team verifies and processes your request within 7 days.
You can also message us via support (Help → Chat).

What data is deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Uploaded virtual tours, photos, and videos
- Location data tied to your tours

What data is retained
- Crash and analytics logs: up to 90 days
- Records we must keep for legal/tax obligations
