Is there any way to change the language in cloudpano without having to change the browser language?

Unfortunately not right now. it depends on browser language settings.

However, I think if the user adds a language switcher widget to Custom JS of a Tour, then they can add the language switching ability themselves.

A good one to use is https://localizejs.com/products/web but there may be free ones
