When a customer is viewing your tour, you can start a Live session to guide them through the property.
- While inside the tour, go to the bottom right corner of the screen and click “Live”.
- You and your client can join the live call from a mobile phone or a browser.
- During the session, you can share the tour only, so whatever you see, your client will also see. This works like a guided tour.
- You can also draw on the screen to highlight areas and erase the drawings when needed.
- If needed, you can share your entire screen (desktop) to show websites or other content.
- A chat panel on the right side allows you to send messages, share files, and communicate during the session.
- To enable this feature on your tour, go to your Dashboard, click Edit, and turn on the Live option.
- You can also generate a Direct-to-Live link to send to clients via email or text message so they can quickly join the session.
